Founded in Munich in 2016, the real estate portfolio managed by EMPAIOS currently comprises 15 locations in Germany.
Our team has many years of experience in the real estate and financing business.

Our history

The entrepreneurial families Kober and Weinmann found EMPAIOS to manage their own real estate. This is followed by the expansion and development of an attractive real estate portfolio
